How to shop with us
There are 4 steps to buying from NZ
Colour Labels online:
1. Find the items
On the left hand side you will find links to the main categories. Clicking on a
category will allow you to browse all the labels within. You can either shop by
plant grouping ie Azalea or by plant label format ie Large Push-In. Each
category is in alphabetical order. By clicking on a plant name a picture of the
chosen label will be displayed.
Alternatively you can use the search facility on the right hand side of the home
page. To do this type in the plant variety you are looking for and click
search.
2. Add to cart
Before you can purchase an item you need to add the item(s) to the shopping
cart. To do this, update the quantity box with the amount you need and then
click on the “Add to cart” button. If you are within a category you can update the quantity of all the
labels you need on the one page and then click "add
selected products to cart".
You can check what is in your cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the
screen. If you want to remove something, simply tick the red 'X' next to the item in your shopping cart that you
wish to remove, if you want to change quantity then please update the amount
and click on the blue refresh button.
3. Proceed to Checkout
When you have all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart go into the cart and click "go to checkout"
button which will then take you to the payment area..
To order on the web:
You will first need to register your details and create
a website account. You need to enter your contact details including a valid email address, plus you need to create a password for your website account that you will use each time you return to order online. Please ensure your email address is valid so we can email confirmation of your order.
If
you have previously created a website account then go to the existing website account area to enter your e-mail
address and password.
For your convenience, you may enter an
alternative delivery address and add specific comments about your order in the checkout pages. You can also change your account details once you login to your account and go to the My Account tab at the top of the page.
4. Paying for your goods
Clicking on the "Continue
Checkout" button takes you through to the point
at which you can enter select your payment method to complete your order. If you are an
Account Holder with us we will complete your order and invoice you for payment. Please note that the final total online excludes freight and this will be added to your invoice once your order is received.
An automatic email will then be sent to your registered email address to
confirm your order details.

Next time you log in you will be able to view your previous orders under the "My Account" link
